Thoth was one of Apeps and later Ra's underlords and became a System Lord during the second Goa'uld dynasty. He probably lost his Power during the Death of Ra and became a scientist in the service of Anubis. He ran the base on Tartarus. He was in charge of the Kull Warriors’ genetic engineering and maintenance. He worked on the Telchak device research. He was unable to find a fatal flaw in the genetic makeup of the Kulls’ symbiote. He was killed by SG-1 when he found them in the Control room on Tartus (SG1: "Evolution, Part 2").
