Hello all and welcome to my corner of the wikia. I am Marco Polo, named after the Venetian explorer. I am currently an Administrator on Stargate Command. The number of edits on this wiki I have made to date (live updated):

- 1204 edits + 29 anonymous edits (accidental) + 92 bot (see below) edits (none fully automated yet)

- Overhauled old stargate glyphs and replaced with SVG version
- Overhauled main page to look better
- Added Birthday templates to automatically appear and disappear when it is a major SG-1 or Atlantis cast member's birthday (I don't know if this actually works because no birthdays come around until August)
- Fixed up Category:SG-1 episodes to show episodes partitioned by season and in order
- Created specific stub templates better than generic {{stub}}
- Created {{cite}} template for ease of use references[1]
- Overhauled old Jaffa marks and replaced with SVG version
- Redid old logo; fixed grid artifact, added real event horizon, better font effect (After: new version)
- Also redid old icon; brighter, all 3 sizes (After: new version) (Note: I do not know if any sizes other than 16px actually appear anywhere. Maybe a Mac)
- Brought Asgard from stub to featured article status (← Note to Barnstar patrollers: I should get one!)
- Brought Ascension from stub to featured article status (← Note to Barnstar patrollers: I should get another one!)

BotMeister is a python bot running on pywikipedia. On 21:20, August 23, 2006, BotMeister made history by being the first (and so far only) bot ever to exist on wikia. Since then BotMeister has made 92 semi-automatic edits. Notable accomplishments:
- Cleared the Category:Episodes and moved all 60ish articles to Category:SG-1 episodes or Category:Atlantis episodes as necessary.
- (work in progress) Removed all links to redirects, save military ranks and other isolated incidents.
