The Ver Egen were a race of Humans living in the village of Ver Eger, on the planet of Celestis, in the home galaxy of the Alterans. The Ver Egen were one of the many groups of humans created by the Ori for the purpose of worshipping them, and their village was one of the primary hubs of Anti-Ori activity.
