"Praise the gods you’ve finally arrived. And you are far more beautiful than I ever could have imagined."
―The villager as he admires Teyla upon her arrival.[src]

An unnamed villager resided in a village on a forested world in the Pegasus galaxy. Sometime in 2007, he was awaiting for the arrival of the bride with whom he was arranged to be married to.

Ronon Dex and Teyla Emmagan of the Atlantis expedition arrived at his homeworld to investigate rumours of Satedans (a race of humans who were almost wiped out in a Wraith culling several years before) living in the village. Upon their arrival, the villager assumed Teyla was the bride he would marry. When she corrected him, the villager asked if she was seeking a husband, but was disappointed again when Teyla said she was not (she was seeing Kanaan at the time). When Ronon and Teyla asked the man about the Satedans (or a group of people boasting many Wraith kills as he believed them to be), he guided the two to a local inn and tavern, where they would spend most of their time. After they thank the villager, he made an attempt to tell Teyla he would be available to marry her should she reconsider. However, mid-sentence Ronon walked towards him threateningly, scaring the villager enough to make him run away. (SGA: "Reunion")
