Biography
Edit
2003
Edit
He was first encountered by SG-1 on the planet P2X-005 where his ship the Sebrus had crashed whilst transporting Hebridian prisoners. After SG-1 helped capture Aden Corso, Tanis Reynard and Lyle Pender, he returned to Hebridan. (SG1: "Forsaken")
He later returned to Earth to ask for Major Samantha Carter's help in the Loop of Kon Garat, an annual race held in the Hebridan system. It was mentioned that his wife, Athea, had remarried and had children of her own, assuming that her husband had died while transporting the prisoners. During the Loop, the Sebrus was sabotaged by Del Tynan. With the help of Golan Jarlath, they were able to stop Muirios from winning. He was hired by the winner La'el Montrose to be her co-pilot on her contract with Tech Con Group. (SG1: "Space Race")
Behind the scenes
Edit
- Dion Johnstone previously played Captain Nelson in the Stargate SG-1 episode "Rules of Engagement", Na'onak in the episodes "Jolinar's Memories" and "The Devil You Know", Stragoth in the episode "Foothold", Chaka in the episode "The First Ones", Lt. Tyler in the episode "The Fifth Man" and Wodan in the episode "Metamorphosis".
- Alex Zahara previously played Xe'ls in the Stargate SG-1 episode "Spirits", Michael Clark in the episode "1969", Stragoth leader in the episode "Foothold", Shy One in the episode "Beast of Burden", Eggar in the episode "Metamorphosis" and Iron Shirt in the episode "Enemy Mine".
- In his first appearance, Warrick was played by actor Dion Johnstone. Dion was, however, unavailable to film "Space Race", so the part was given to Alex Zahara. Alex studied the way Dion had played Warrick, and tried to imitate this in his performance.
- As well as different actors, Warrick's name also changes between the two episodes; in his first appearance in "Forsaken" he is named Warwick Trevor, whereas in his second appearance in "Space Race" he is named Warrick Finn. As Space Race is the later source, and is backed up by Stargate SG-1: The DVD Collection 46, it is the name used in this article. the changing of his last name is possiby explaned that he took his wifes last name untill he had descoverd she had remarried.
