Weaver was an operative of The Trust who was assigned by Athena to interrogate Vala Mal Doran and probe her mind for hidden memories of Qetesh in 2006. He was later captured and interrogated by Teal'c, who was able to get very useful info on Vala's location. (SG1: "Memento Mori")
