- "I am sorry, Doctor McKay. There's been a ... change in plans."
- ―Wraith Scientist[src]
This Wraith Scientist accompanied his Queen to Atlantis when she offered the Atlantis expedition an alliance. He worked alongside Dr. Carson Beckett and Dr. Radek Zelenka on finding the best way to deliver the Iratus bug retrovirus to other Wraith Hive Ships. When they admitted not knowing how long it would take the gaseous version of the retrovirus to change a Wraith, the Scientist suggested a live test. The first attempt to spread the gas to another Hive failed forcing their Hive to retreat back to Atlantis. Later, the Scientist escorted Dr. Rodney McKay and Ronon Dex around to assess the damage. McKay and Ronon remained aboard the Hive ship for the second attempt, however this attempt was a ruse. They were captured and placed in cocoons when the Scientist informed them that the alliance was over. Once regaining consciousness, the Scientist told them that they would live long enough to see the Wraith reach Earth. (SGA: "Allies")
